We provide help and person-centred support to people who wish to remain in their own homes making a difference to their everyday lives who have a variety of medical conditions. Our aim is to promote independence and choice daily whilst delivering support which includes:
Dementia Care, Palliative Care/End of Life, Respite Care, Hospital Discharge support, Rehabilitation aftercare at home., Waking Night Care/Sleep-in Support, Specialist Care, Assisting with Washing, Bathing, Showering, Oral hygiene, Dressing, Toileting including Continence Aids, Catheters & Stoma’s, Medication Administration, Applying creams, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Sitting Service, Accompanying to appointments, Collecting Prescriptions or Pensions, Shopping, Laundry & Ironing, Cleaning, Going out to places of your choice, Hobbies, etc.
Live in Care (24 hours)
We provide Live Care which is continuous support from a dedicated carer enabling you to remain in the comfort and security of your own home. The Carer will move in with you or a loved one and be there to help and support you with daily needs whilst promoting choice and independence. You will be supported with one-to-one care which will be person-cantered and tailored to your needs covering: Dementia Care, Palliative Care, Respite Care, Overnight Care, Rehabilitation aftercare at home, Personal Care, Specialist Care, Meal Preparation, Medication Administering/prompting, Applying Creams, Companionship, Accompanying to appointments, Shopping, Laundry & Ironing, Cleaning, Going out to places of your choice, Hobbies, etc.
